We are a private practice facility specializing in evidence-based Sports Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Medical Acupuncture, operating in the Pittsburgh area for 15 years. We offer a dynamic work environment, working primarily with an athletic population ranging in age from 16 to 55.

Our Chiropractic Residency Program is designed for chiropractors who are passionate about growing in their career and learning from experts in a multidisciplinary practice. This unique program offers the opportunity to develop advanced skills in treating sports-related injuries, enhance clinical knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Resident in our program, you will work closely with Dr. Justin Scott and other healthcare professionals to treat a diverse range of athletes and active individuals. You will learn the latest evidence-based techniques for musculoskeletal assessments, injury rehabilitation, and performance optimization while increasing your diagnostic and clinical expertise.
You will receive one-on-one mentorship from Justin Scott, DC. This includes working directly with Dr. Scott on his clinical schedule 1.5 days per week. You will also have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, our other specialties including: Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Medical Acupuncture.
Finally, you will participate in weekly shadowing/observations of our partners in the medical community including but not limited to Neurosurgery, Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, Radiology, and Primary Care.
While you are participating in the immersive learning opportunities, you will also participate in direct patient care carrying your own clinical schedule 2.5 days per week.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions on the latest advancements in chiropractic care, rehabilitation strategies, and sports performance enhancement. As a Resident, Next Level Spine and Sports will sponsor you to attend approved courses that enhance your skills as a practitioner.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with physical therapists, medical acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
Gain valuable experience and insights into participating in a successful chiropractic practice, including patient care strategies, professional networking opportunities with local healthcare practitioners, and potential referral sources. Successful completion of this 1 year program will result in opportunities for advancement as part of Next Level’s team.
This unique opportunity is hybrid of direct patient care combined with an immersive learning experience working directly with Next Level’s owner, Justin Scott DC, as well as weekly shadowing/observation with our partners within the local medical community. The weekly schedule will be as follows:
1.5 days per week will be spent working directly with Justin Scott, DC on his clinical schedule observing Next Level’s chiropractic clinical process actively assisting in all aspects of patient care.
2.5 days per week will be spent in solo patient care at Next Level’s north office.
1 day per week will be spent observing/shadowing our medical partners within the community including but not limited to Neurosurgery, Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, Radiology, and Primary Care.
