Get your massages at Next Level with our highly-trained massage therapists. We have recently updated our Massage Program, see what we are offering below!
Medical Massage is for any client who wants to improve daily living, sports performance, or who is currently experiencing an acute or chronic health problem. These massages use various techniques to help you meet your personal goals. We recommend speaking with your therapist at the beginning of every appointment to discuss treatment plan recommendations. If you have previously seen Teresa this is a great option.
The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movement.
